De woningen zijn gebouwd naar plannen van W.M. Dudok in 1937, in samenwerking met de aannemer P. van Grootel en maken deel uit van de wijk 'Het Witte Dorp'.

Rij drielaags panden. De woningen zijn telkens twee aan twee, gespiegeld ten opzichte van elkaar waarbij twee voordeuren onder een betonnen luifel zijn geplaatst. Tussen de voordeuren steekt, onder de luifel, een scheidingsmuur uit. Op de begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn samengestelde ramen aangebracht. De tweede verdieping is voorzien van dicht op elkaar geplaatste vierruitsramen.

De woonhuizen zijn van algemeen belang.
