Bouwblok behorend tot het Jordaancomplex uit 1896 naar ontwerp van J.E. van der Pek aan de Goudsbloemstraat.
Omschrijving
Op een rechthoekig grondplan tot stand gekomen woningblok met zeven geschakelde bouwdelen met gestapelde en om kleine binnenplaatsen gegroepeerde arbeiderswoningen. In het gebouw laten zich boven het maaiveld vier bouwlagen onderscheiden onder een dak met schild bedekt met rode Friese pannen; daklijst en overstekende gootlijst op klossen als gevelbeëindiging. Ontluchtingsroosters van de kelder bevinden zich in de plint. Per bouwdeel één dakkapel op het dakschild. Deze dakkapel heeft een diepe overstek, een houten beschot met delen met gepunte onderzijde, een metalen hijshaak, dubbele hijsluiken deels met venster en met middenbalk. In staand verband gemetselde muurvlakken. Verder een ingemetseld en liggend keperfries. Bij bandwerk en verdere accenten gebruik van geel geglazuurde baksteen. Per bouwdeel twee eenvoudige toegangsdeuren met bovenlicht, klein venster en met kussens. Tussen de toegangsdeuren steeds een tweetal vensters; ook per verdieping steeds twee van deze vensters. Boven de deur en vensters bevindt zich een gemetselde gedrukte ontspanningsboog. Muurankers en verdere ontluchtingsroosters in de gevelwand.

Description
A housing block created on a rectangular ground plan with seven adjoining building components with stacked workers' dwellings grouped around small courtyards. In the building four storeys above ground level can be distinguished under a roof with a slope covered with red Frisian tiles; cornice and overhanging gutter line on brackets as facade finishing. Ventilation grilles of the basement are located in the plinth. Per building component one roof dormer on the roof slope. This roof dormer has a deep overhang, wooden cladding with pointed sections on the underside, a metal hoisting hook, double hoisting shutters partly with window and with central muntin. Wall surfaces built in stretcher bond. Further a built-in basket weave frieze. With band work and further accents use of yellow glazed brick. Per building component two simple entrance doors with fanlight, small window and with cushioning blocks. Between the entrance doors always a pair of windows; also per floor always two of these windows. Above the door and windows is a built-in depressed relieving arch. Wall anchors (ornamental) and further ventilation grilles in the facade wall.
