DIENSTWONING, gebouwd in 1889, in opdracht van van Erp.
Omschrijving
Woonhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond, onder zadeldak waarvan de nok haaks op de straat staat. Het huis is één travee diep en aan de achterzijde uitgebreid met een langgerekt lager bedrijfsgedeelte onder een flauw hellend zadeldak van golfplaat.
Het woonhuis is uitgevoerd in baksteen en heeft een hoge gepleisterde plint. In de voorgevel zijn op de begane grond aan weerszijden van de opgeklampte deur zesruitsramen aangebracht, in de topgevel zijn vierruitsramen zichtbaar. Boven de ramen bevinden zich segmentbogen, voorzien van polychroom betegelde boogvelden.
De zijgevel heeft een muizetandlijst.
Waardering
Van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de dienstwoning in het Peelgebied. Het geheel is gaaf bewaard gebleven en als complex met dienstwoning zeldzaam.

SERVANT'S DWELLING, built in 1889, commissioned by van Erp.
Description
Dwelling house on rectangular ground plan, under gabled roof with ridge perpendicular to the street. The house is one bay deep and extended on the rear side with an elongated lower business section under a gently sloping gabled roof of corrugated sheeting.
The dwelling house is executed in brick and has a high plastered plinth. In the front facade on the ground floor on either side of the clamped door six-light windows are installed, in the stepped gable four-light windows are visible. Above the windows are segment arches, provided with polychrome tiled arch fields.
The side facade has a dentil moulding.
Valuation
Of general importance due to cultural-historical value as an example of the typological development of the servant's dwelling in the Peel area. The whole has been preserved intact and as a complex with servant's dwelling is rare.
