Inleiding
PASTORIE uit 1899-1900, in Neo-Gotische stijl naar ontwerp van A.A. Margry en J.M. Snickers, onderdeel van het kerkcomplex "St. Bonifatius". De pastorie staat rechts (Z) van de kerk en is hiermee door middel van een korte gang verbonden.
Omschrijving
De pastorie heeft twee bouwlagen onder een samengestelde kap met leien in Rijndekking. Het muurwerk is gemetseld in kruisverband en voorzien van verschillend geprofileerde baksteen lijsten rond vensters en deuren. Over de gevel lopen gepleisterde banden en bovenlangs een driepas boogfries uit geprofileerde baksteen. Boven de deur bevindt zich een luifel in glas en smeedijzer.
De voorgevel (W) van de pastorie heeft een grote driezijdige erker die aan de linkerzijde van de gevel over de twee bouwlagen doorloopt. Rechts van de erker bevindt zich de originele houten voordeur met een gietijzeren raamrooster en een bovenlicht. Hierboven is een venster met boogstrek. Rechts van de voordeur op de begane grond en de eerste etage zijn twee paarsgewijs geplaatste T-schuifvensters. Elk vlak van de erker heeft een T-schuifvenster. In het dakvlak boven de erker een dakkapel.
De linker zijgevel heeft drie T-schuifvensters en vierpas decoratievelden in baksteen. De rechter zijgevel heeft op onregelmatige afstand vijf T-schuifvensters, een wc-raampje en drie kleine vensters.
De achtergevel (O) heeft op de begane grond in het midden een grote veranda die via twee dubbele tuindeuren toegankelijk is. Aan weerszijden hiervan twee T-schuifvensters paarsgewijs onder een boogstrek. Op de eerste en tweede etage bevinden zich respectievelijk vijf en vier T-schuifvensters. Tegen de rechter zijgevel staat een kleine bakstenen uitbouw van één bouwlaag waarin de bijkeuken is ondergebracht.
Het interieur van de pastorie is nog vrijwel geheel gaaf. Op de begane grond bevinden zich in de woonkamer de originele plafonds, suitedeuren en schuifluiken. In de zaal aan de achterkant zijn ook de plafonds, schuifvensters, schuifluiken, wandkasten en de marmeren schouw aanwezig. De ruimtes worden ontsloten via een gang met originele plafonds en vloeren. De kelder heeft groen geglazuurde plavuizen. Ook op de eerste en tweede etage bevinden zich originele plafonds en schouwen. De tweede etage is gedeeltelijk droogzolder, ten behoeve waarvan zich op de vloer cilindervormige radiatoren bevinden.
Waardering
De pastorie is van algemeen belang wegens architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het kerkcomplex "St. Bonifatius" en als gaaf bewaarde pastorie in Neo-Gotische stijl naar ontwerp van A.A. Margry en J.M. Snickers.

RECTORY built in 1899-1900, in Neo-Gothic style designed by A.A. Margry and J.M. Snickers, component of the church complex "St. Bonifatius". The rectory stands to the right (S) of the church and is connected to it by means of a short corridor.
Description
The rectory has two storeys under a composite roof truss with slate in Rhine covering. The masonry is laid in cross bond and provided with variously moulded brick bands around windows and doors. Plastered bands run across the facade and along the top a trefoil arch frieze made of moulded brick. Above the door is a canopy in glass and wrought iron.
The front facade (W) of the rectory has a large three-sided bay that extends along the left side of the facade over the two storeys. To the right of the bay is the original wooden front door with a cast iron window grille and a fanlight. Above this is a window with an arch. To the right of the front door on the ground floor and first floor are two pairs of T-sash windows. Each section of the bay has a T-sash window. In the roof plane above the bay is a dormer window.
The left side facade has three T-sash windows and quatrefoil decorative fields in brick. The right side facade has five T-sash windows at irregular intervals, a toilet window and three small windows.
The rear facade (E) has on the ground floor in the centre a large veranda accessible via two double garden doors. On either side of this are two T-sash windows placed in pairs under an arch. On the first and second floors there are respectively five and four T-sash windows. Against the right side facade stands a small brick extension of one storey housing the scullery.
The interior of the rectory is still virtually entirely intact. On the ground floor the original ceilings, suite doors and sliding shutters are present in the living room. In the hall at the back are also the ceilings, sash windows, sliding shutters, built-in cupboards and the marble chimney piece. The spaces are accessed via a corridor with original ceilings and floors. The cellar has green glazed tiles. Original ceilings and chimney pieces are also present on the first and second floors. The second floor is partly a drying loft, for which purpose cylindrical radiators are present on the floor.

The rectory is of general importance on account of its architectural and cultural-historical value as a historically-functional component of the church complex "St. Bonifatius" and as a well-preserved rectory in Neo-Gothic style designed by A.A. Margry and J.M. Snickers.
