Inleiding
Vrijstaande kapel op een rechthoekige plattegrond opgericht ter ere van Sint Job. De kapel is langs een weg gesitueerd net voorbij een kleine waterloop en dateert uit 1886. De toegepaste bouwstijl is traditionalistisch met elementen Neogotiek.
Omschrijving
Kapel op een rechthoekige plattegrond. Het toegepaste bouwmateriaal is baksteen en natuursteen. Metselwerk in kruisverband. Speklagen in gele baksteen. De kapel wordt afgedekt met een zadeldakje met leien.
Symmetrische indeling voorgevel. Rechthoekige toegang afgesloten met een smeedijzeren hekje. Aan de bovenzijde van de toegang een natuurstenen latei. In het spitsboogvormige vulstuk een gestucte plaat met de tekst: A. D. 1886 In Hon. St. Job Aedificavit Me IF. Toegang in een spitsboogvormige metselwerk omlijsting. Voorgevel loopt uit in een topgevel bekroond met een stenen kruis. In deze topgevel aan de bovenzijde van het vulstuk een klein stenen kruisje. Voorgevel geflankeerd door twee steunberen bekroond met natuurstenen pinakels. In beide zijgevels twee spitsboogvormige vensters met glas in lood en met hardstenen dorpelstenen. Gesloten achtergevel met speklagen in gele baksteen. Topgevel achtergevel met kleine natuurstenen aanzetstenen.
INTERIEUR met vloertje in gele, rode en zwarte tegels. Altaar rust op drie gemetselde spitsbogen. Op dit altaartje een natuurstenen console met hierop een beeld van Sint Job en op de console de tekst "De Heer heeft gegeven, de Heer heeft genomen, 's-Heren Naam zij gezegend".
Plafond met houten tongewelf rustend op houten consoles.

De Sint Jobkapel is van bovenregionale cultuurhistorische waarde als uitdrukking van een culturele en geestelijke ontwikkeling in de architectuur van devotiekapellen in het laatste kwart van de negentiende eeuw. Symmetrical layout of the front facade. Rectangular entrance closed with a wrought-iron gate. Above the entrance a natural stone lintel. In the pointed-arch infill panel a stuccoed plaque with the text: A. D. 1886 In Hon. St. Job Aedificavit Me IF. Entrance in a pointed-arch masonry frame. Front facade terminating in a stepped gable crowned with a stone cross. In this stepped gable above the infill panel a small stone crosslet. Front facade flanked by two buttresses crowned with natural stone pinnacles. In both side facades two pointed-arch windows with leaded glass and with sandstone sills. Closed rear facade with courses of yellow brick. Stepped gable rear facade with small natural stone setting stones.
INTERIOR with flooring of yellow, red and black tiles. Altar rests on three masonry pointed arches. On this small altar a natural stone console with thereon an image of Saint Job and on the console the text "The Lord hath given, the Lord hath taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord".
