Inleiding
Ten zuiden van de Rijntjesdijk staat, parallel aan de openbare weg, een voormalige BOSWACHTERSWONING annex boerderij, daterende uit omstreeks 1895. Omstreeks 1920 is het bedrijfsgedeelte van de boerderij verbreed. Eerder werd omstreeks 1910 een karschop gebouwd.
Omschrijving
De boerderij is van het langgeveltype en had oorspronkelijk een rechthoekige plattegrond, die na de verbouwing van omstreeks 1920 gewijzigd is in een globaal L-vormige plattegrond. Het gebouw telt één bouwlaag en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met oud Hollandse pannen. Op het bedrijfsgedeelte liggen muldenpannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen en hebben een gecementeerde plint. In de oostelijke kopgevel een keldervenster met bovenstaand klein zesruits schuifvenster van de opkamer; links er van een zesruits schuifvenster; op de kapverdieping twee kleine zesruits schuifvensters. In de zuidelijke langsgevel een opgeklampte voordeur met gedeeld bovenlicht, geflankeerd door rechts één en links twee zesruiters. In het bedrijfsdeel een opgeklampte inrijpoort en enkele ijzeren stalvensters. Vóór de zuidelijke gevel staan vier snoeilinden.
Waardering
De woning is van algemeen belang. Het pand heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als herinnering aan de rol van de familie Wiegersma in de culturele ontwikkeling van het Peelgebied en is een goed voorbeeld van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de landbouw in het ontginningsgebied van de Peel. Het is tevens een voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de langgevelboerderij. Architectuurhistorisch is het pand van belang vanwege de sobere ornamentiek en de traditionele streekeigen vormen. Het geheel is belangrijk vanwege de gaafheid van het ex- en interieur en is als kleine familiebegraafplaats met aangehorigheden zeldzaam.

South of the Rijntjesdijk stands, parallel to the public road, a former FORESTER'S DWELLING annex farm, dating from around 1895. Around 1920 the farm's business section was widened. Earlier around 1910 a cart shed was built.
Description
The farm is of the long-gable type and originally had a rectangular floor plan, which after the renovation of around 1920 was altered to a roughly L-shaped floor plan. The building has one storey and is covered by a gabled roof with old Dutch tiles. On the business section pantiles are laid. The facades are built in brick and have a cemented plinth. In the eastern gable-end a basement window with above it a small six-paned sash window of the attic room; to the left of it a six-paned sash window; on the roof storey two small six-paned sash windows. In the southern long facade an open-framed door with divided fanlight, flanked on the right by one and on the left by two six-paned windows. In the business section an open-framed entrance gate and some iron stable windows. In front of the southern facade stand four pollard limes.
Valuation
The dwelling is of general importance. The property has cultural-historical importance as a reminder of the role of the Wiegersma family in the cultural development of the Peel region and is a good example of the socio-economic development of agriculture in the reclaimed Peel area. It is also an example of the typological development of the long-gable farm. Architecturally the property is of importance because of the sober ornaments and traditional regional forms. The whole is important because of the integrity of the exterior and interior and as a small family burial ground with related members is rare.
