Omschrijving
Het bij het Herenhuis behorende KOETSHUIS is op enige afstand aan de oostzijde van het hoofdgebouw gelegen en is bereikbaar via een oprijlaan. Het op een plint staande pand bezit één bouwlaag op een rechthoekige plattegrond met zadeldak, dat evenals het herenhuis met blauwe kruispannen is bedekt. De gevels zijn wit gepleisterd. In het pleisterwerk zijn boven de vensters en toegangen de contouren van gedrukte bogen met daarin aanzet- en sluitstenen aangegeven.
De voorgevel (zuidzijde) met daarin de voormalige toegang is evenals het herenhuis op de Utrechtseweg georiënteerd. De toegangsdeuren zijn vervangen en vallen buiten de bescherming. In de topgevel bevindt zich een venster, dat door een luik kan worden toegedekt. De topgevel wordt bekroond door een met houtsnijwerk versierde makelaar in de nok van het overstekende dak.
De linker zijgevel kan worden onderverdeeld in vier traveeën, waarbij in de linker een deur met drielichtsbovenlicht is ondergebracht. De andere drie traveeën bestaan uit een drielichtsvensters met drielichtsbovenlicht.
Waardering
Het koetshuis behorende bij het herenhuis Meerweg is van algemeen belang vanwege zijn rchitectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een in eclectische bouwstijl uitgevoerd koetshuis. Het pand bezit ensemblewaarde in relatie tot meerdere villa's in de omgeving.

The CARRIAGE HOUSE belonging to the Manor House is situated at some distance on the east side of the main building and is accessible via a drive. The building standing on a plinth has one storey on a rectangular plan with a gabled roof, which like the manor house is covered with blue cross tiles. The facades are rendered white. In the rendering, above the windows and entrances the contours of pressed arches with voussoirs and keystones are indicated.
The front facade (south side) with the former entrance is, like the manor house, oriented towards the Utrechtseweg. The entrance doors have been replaced and fall outside the protection.
