KLEISCHUUR, daterend circa 1900, in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl, gelegen parallel aan de Vest.
Omschrijving
De kleischuur aan de Vest is deels in baksteen opgetrokken vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond. Het zadeldak is bedekt met Hollandse pannen. De zuidelijke langsgevel ligt direct aan het water en was oorspronkelijk open. Het dak wordt er ondersteund door schuingeplaatste vinken.
Beide kopse gevels waren oorspronkelijk beschoten.
Waardering
De kleischuur is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een kleischuur bij een plateelfabriek.
De kleischuur heeft ensemblewaarde door de samenhang met bedrijfsruimten van de plateelfabriek.

The clay barn at the Vest is partly constructed in brickwork from a rectangular floor plan. The gabled roof is covered with Dutch tiles. The southern long facade lies directly on the water and was originally open. The roof is supported there by angled struts.
