Omschrijving onderdeel 1:
HUIS, 1798; bakstenen gebouw op L-plattegrond met deels één, deels twee (zuidwestkamer boven keuken) bouwlagen; de korte poot van de L wordt gevormd door de driezijdig uitgebouwde tuinkamer aan de oostzijde van de achtergevel (zuid); schilddak met nieuwe geglaasde pannen, twee hoekschoorstenen en een vierkante dakruiter met tentdakje en luidklok ter hoogte van de voordeur; a-symmetrische witgepleisterde voorgevel (noord) evenwijdig aan de weg; vier traveeën breed; voordeur tussen pilasters; ter weerszijden een 6-lichtsvenster; over de breedte van de voordeur en de beide empire-vensters loopt de gevel als attiek door tot ong. de halve dakhoogte; hierin drie lage vensters met meerruitsramen; de attiek heeft een naar achteren afhellend zinkdak, aldus een zakgoot vormend op de snijlijn met het dakvlak; in het oostelijk deel van de voorgevel nog eenzelfde 6-lichtsraam; alle vensters met luiken; gepleisterde oostgevel met zelfde venster; dakkapel onder zadeldakje; ongepleisterde zuidgevel met uitspringende tuinkamer: drie 8-lichts tuindeuren met persiennes; boven middelste zelfde dakkapel; rest van de zuidgevel met nog een tuindeur van het zelfde type en in het westelijke deel van de gevel een meerruitsraam van het onderhuis met fraai gesmede diefijzers; erboven een 4-lichtraam met persiennes van de opkamer; erboven een dakkapel met lessenaarsdakje; gepleisterde noordgevel met korte uitbouw onder een plat dak, inspringend vanaf de voorgevel gezien.

HOUSE, 1798; brick building on an L-shaped plan with partly one, partly two storeys (southwest room above kitchen); the short leg of the L is formed by the three-sided projecting garden room on the east side of the rear facade (south); hipped roof with new glazed tiles, two corner chimneys and a square roof lantern with small tent roof and bell housing at the height of the front door; asymmetrical whitewashed front facade (north) parallel to the road; four bays wide; front door between pilasters; on either side a 6-light window; across the width of the front door and both Empire windows the facade continues as an attic to approximately half the roof height; within it three low windows with multi-pane windows; the attic has a backwards-sloping zinc roof, thus forming a box gutter on the intersecting line with the roof plane; in the eastern part of the front facade another similar 6-light window; all windows with shutters; plastered east facade with same window; roof dormer under small saddle roof; unplastered south facade with projecting garden room: three 8-light garden doors with venetian blinds; above the middle one the same roof dormer; remainder of the south facade with another garden door of the same type and in the western part of the facade a multi-pane window of the lower room with finely wrought theft guards; above it a 4-light window with venetian blinds of the upstairs room; above it a roof dormer with lean-to roof; plastered north facade with short extension under a flat roof, recessed from the front facade as viewed.
