Omschrijving
De BIJSCHUUR (met ingebouwde woning?) op rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in een rode licht gesinterde baksteen en wordt gedekt door een schilddak met wolfeind tegen rechte topgevel waarop niet-originele dakbedekking; gemetselde schoorsteen.
In de voorgevel (westzijde) twee samengestelde H-vensters, twee tweedelige staande vensters en een samengesteld vierruits venster in de top, alle onder strek.
In de noordgevel onder andere aan de voorzijde van de krimp een smal H-venster en links achter twee niet-originele schuurdeuren.
Overige gevels konden niet worden bekeken.

Bijschuur van algemeen belang vanwege architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde:
- als voorbeeld van een bijschuur uit het eerst kwart van de twintigste eeuw in de provincie Groningen

The ANCILLARY BARN (with built-in dwelling?) on rectangular floor plan is erected in red light sintered brick and is covered by a hipped roof with half-hipped end against straight gable on which non-original roof covering; masoned chimney.
In the front facade (west side) two composite H-windows, two two-part vertical windows and a composite four-pane window at the apex, all under stretcher bond.
In the north facade among other things at the front of the crimp a narrow H-window and on the left behind two non-original barn doors.
Other facades could not be inspected.

Ancillary barn of general importance for architectural and cultural-historical value:
