Inleiding.
Geheel van vier WOONHUIZEN, door middel van muren met poortjes twee aan twee met elkaar verbonden. Dit gedeelte kwam in 1938 tot stand.
Omschrijving.
Elke woning telt één bouwlaag onder zadeldak. De huizen zijn uitgevoerd in baksteen, de daken zijn gedekt met gotische pannen. De deur bevindt zich in het midden van de gevel en wordt geflankeerd door brede ramen. Dit zijn achtruits schuifvensters met een vierruits bovenlicht. De ramen zijn voor het onderste deel voorzien van luiken. In de kopse gevels van de nummers 5 en 15a (uiteinden van het carré) zijn in de topgevel vierruitsramen zichtbaar, bij nummer 5 zijn op de begane grond nog een halfvenster met luik en een breed raam aangebracht. Aan de achterzijde zijn in nummer 9 en 13 deuren zichtbaar en ramen waarbij de onderlichten van luiken zijn voorzien. De muurtjes die de huizen met elkaar verbinden liggen in het verlengde van de voorgevels van de haaks op de kapel geplaatste huizen. De bakstenen muren zijn afgedekt met een rand dakpannen. Naast nummer 15 bevindt zich een rondboogpoort in de muur, naast nummer 7 is diezelfde rondboog opgevuld door een getoogde deur met aan weerszijden een raam.
Waardering.
De woningen zijn van algemeen belang. Het geheel heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de sociale en geestelijke ontwikkeling en als laat voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van het hofje. Het is van architectuurhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van de architectuur van de Delftse School. Het is gaaf bewaard gebleven. De woningen hebben ensemblewaarde als essentieel onderdeel van het geheel.

Each dwelling consists of one storey under a gabled roof. The houses are executed in brick; the roofs are covered with Gothic tiles. The door is located in the centre of the facade and is flanked by broad windows. These are four-light sash windows with a four-light fanlight. The windows are provided with shutters for the lower part. In the end gables of numbers 5 and 15a (the ends of the courtyard) four-light windows are visible in the top gable; at number 5, a half-window with shutter and a broad window are placed on the ground floor. At the rear, doors and windows are visible in numbers 9 and 13, with the lower lights of the windows provided with shutters. The small walls connecting the houses lie in line with the front gables of the houses placed perpendicular to the chapel. The brick walls are topped with a ridge of roof tiles. Next to number 15 is a round-arched gate in the wall; next to number 7, this same round arch is filled by an arched door with a window on either side.
