Inleiding.
WOONHUIS uit ca. 1900 in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl. Het vrijstaande huis ligt op een rechthoekig perceel met de voor- of zuidgevel aan de lintbebouwde straat in de kern van 's-Gravenmoer.
Omschrijving.
Het woonhuis heeft een bouwlaag met een zolderverdieping. Het zadeldak met de nok parallel aan de straat heeft een dakoverstek en houten windveren. Het dak is gedekt met oud-Hollandse pannen. De nok ligt parallel aan de straat. De voorgevel is drie traveeën breed. Deze bevat een voordeur met bovenlicht en een omlijsting met kroonlijst met aan weerskanten een zesruitsschuifvenster voorzien van luiken. In de oostelijke zijgevel op de begane grond twee vensters waarvan een een halfvenster met luik en de ander met rolluik en op de zolderverdieping een pakdeur met hijsbalk.
Het opgaande werk bestaat uit handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband. Ronde gietijzeren balkankers.
Waardering.
Het woonhuis is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van de Langstraat en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van het dorpshuis.
