Inleiding.
BOERDERIJ "Lisboa" is gebouwd voor het gemengd bedrijf rond 1872. De stal van de boerderij is nu ingericht voor fruitteelt. Het object ligt midden in de lintbebouwde Hoofdstraat van 's-Gravenmoer op de kop van een langgerekt perceel dat aan de achterkant grenst aan de Kerkdijk langs de Donge. Aan de voorkant is het perceel gedeeltelijk en opzij geheel omgeven door een afwateringssloot. Links van de boerderij bevindt zich de dam naar het achterliggende terrein. De hoofdbouw van de boerderij heeft een L-vormige plattegrond met aan de zuidkant aan de dam een kleine aanbouw uit ca. 1940. De hoofdbouw bestaat uit een voor- en achterbouw. De voorbouw is het woonhuisgedeelte en de achterbouw het bedrijfsgedeelte van de boerderij.
In de boerderij vond op de bovenverdieping op 30 november 1898 de instituering van de Christelijk Gereformeerde Kerk van 's-Gravenmoer plaats en op 4 december van dat jaar de eerste kerkdienst. De aanbouw behoort niet tot het monument.
Omschrijving.
De voorbouw heeft twee bouwlagen met een zolder gedekt door een schilddak belegd met grijze oud-Hollandse pannen. De symmetrische voorgevel is vijf traveeën breed. De middelste travee bevat de dubbele voordeur en bovenlicht met gietijzeren levensboom. De deuren hebben een gietijzeren doorzichtrooster met runderkop. Voor de entree een kleine hardstenen trap van twee bloktreden met aan de zijkant een smeedijzeren gekrulde leuning. De muuropeningen hebben geprofileerde stuclijsten met afgeronde bovenhoeken en kuifbekroning. Op de eerste bouwlaag bevinden zich zesruits- en op de tweede bouwlaag vierruits schuifvensters met afgeronde bovenhoeken in het bovenlicht.
Het interieur is op de begane grond grotendeels ongewijzigd. De gang heeft een wit-geaderde marmeren vloer en stucplafond met lijstwerk en engeltjes. Twee kamers met florale motieven in de stucplafonds en marmeren schoorsteenmantels, waarvan een in zwart marmer en een in grijs geaderd marmer. Onder de rechtervoorkamer bevindt zich de kelder van het huis. In de rechterachterkamer een grote witte betegelde schouw met rand en twee tegeltableaus, bestaande uit elk twaalf tegels, met erop een landschapsschildering in aubergine. Op het rechtertableaux staat een koe met boom afgebeeld en op het linker een schip van een beurtschipper genaamd "Stad Helmond" liggend in een haven.
De eenlaagse achterbouw met dwarsdeel heeft een zadeldak met de nokrichting loodrecht op de straat. Het interieur is gewijzigd en enkele muuropeningen zijn dichtgemetseld. Het opgaande werk van de boerderij bestaat uit rood/paarse handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband. De voorgevel heeft bovendien een cementen plint en een sterk bewerkte fries met consoles.
Waardering.
De boerderij is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuur-historisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van het boerenbedrijf in de Langstraat en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij. Het heeft daarenboven betekenis als de stichtingsplaats van de gereformeerde kerk in het dorp. Het heeft architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de hoogwaardige esthetische kwaliteiten, in het bijzonder door de toepassing van motieven van de villabouw in een deftige boerderij.

Introduction.
FARM "Lisboa" was built for a mixed agricultural enterprise around 1872. The barn of the farm is now set up for fruit cultivation. The building stands in the middle of the linearly built Hoofdstraat of 's-Gravenmoer at the head of an elongated plot that borders the Kerkdijk along the Donge at the rear. At the front the plot is partially and on the side entirely surrounded by a drainage ditch. To the left of the farm there is the dam leading to the land behind. The main building of the farm has an L-shaped ground plan with on the south side near the dam a small extension from around 1940. The main building consists of a front and rear part. Description.
The front part has two storeys with an attic covered by a hipped roof laid with grey old-Dutch tiles. The symmetrical front facade is five bays wide. The central bay contains the double front door and fanlight with cast-iron tree of life. The doors have a cast-iron perforated grille with ox head. In front of the entrance a small stone step of two blocks with at the side a wrought-iron curved handrail. The window openings have moulded stucco frames with rounded upper corners and crest decoration. On the first storey there are six-pane and on the second storey four-pane sash windows with rounded upper corners in the fanlight.
The interior on the ground floor is largely unaltered. The passage has a white-veined marble floor and stucco ceiling with moulding and cherubs. Two rooms with floral motifs in the stucco ceilings and marble chimney mantels, one in black marble and one in grey-veined marble. Under the right front room is the cellar of the house. In the right back room a large white tiled fireplace surround with border and two tile panels, each consisting of twelve tiles, with a landscape painting in aubergine. On the right panel a cow with a tree is depicted and on the left a barge of a bargeman named "Stad Helmond" lying in a harbour.
The single-storey rear part with transverse section has a gabled roof with the ridge direction perpendicular to the street. The interior has been altered and some window openings have been bricked up. The masonry of the farm consists of red/purple hand-formed brick laid in English bond. The front facade moreover has a cement plinth and a heavily worked frieze with corbels.
Valuation.
The farm is of general importance. The building has cultural-historical importance as a distinctive expression of the socio-economic development of the farming enterprise in the Langstraat and as an example of the typological development of the farm.
