Inleiding.
Het vrijstaande BAKHUIS met rechthoekige plattegrond ligt zuidelijk van de boerderij. De as van het bakhuis ligt eveneens loodrecht op de Vaartweg.
Omschrijving.
Het bakhuis heeft een zadeldak met overstek en geschulpte houten windveren en makelaar. Het dak is gedekt met rode oud-Hollandse pannen. In de topgevel aan de straat een gietijzeren rondvenstertje met geometrische roedenverdeling. Eenvoudige opgeklampte deur met kraaldelen. Een getoogd venster met tweeruits- en een recht venster met een zesruitsverdeling.
Het opgaande werk bestaat uit rood/paarse handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in halfsteensverband. Met rollagen bij de muuropeningen. Het interieur bevat een originele schouw met daarin een bakkersoven met ijzeren deurtje en stookgat.
Waardering.
Het bakhuis is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling in de Langstraat. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als essentieel onderdeel van een groter geheel. Het gebouw is van belang wegens de architectonische gaafheid.

The detached BAKEHOUSE with rectangular floor plan is situated south of the farmhouse. The axis of the bakehouse likewise lies perpendicular to the Vaartweg.
Description.
The bakehouse has a gabled roof with overhang and scalloped wooden wind vanes and makelaar. The roof is covered with red old-Dutch tiles. In the gable top on the street side a cast-iron round window with geometric glazing bars. Simple strap-hinged door with bead mouldings. A segmental-arched window with two-pane division and a straight window with a six-pane division.
The masonry consists of red/purple hand-formed bricks laid in half-brick bond. With roll courses at the wall openings. The interior contains an original fireplace containing a baker's oven with an iron door and fire opening.
Assessment.
The bakehouse is of general significance. The building has cultural-historical importance as a particular expression of the socio-economic development in the Langstraat. It has ensemble values as an essential component of a larger whole. The building is of importance owing to its architectural integrity.
