Zandstenen WATERPUT
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als een goed voorbeeld van een voor de Achterhoek karakteristieke in Bentheimer zandsteen opgetrokken waterput, mogelijk daterend uit de tweede helft van de negentiende eeuw.
- Van stedenbouwkundige waarde als functioneel onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex. De waterput vormt samen met de schuur en de boerderij een waardevol ensemble waarbij de positionering van de complexonderdelen op het erf karakteristiek is zoals de direct naast het woongedeelte gelegen waterput.
