Vrijstaande SCHUUR met rechthoekige plattegrond als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex 'Kotte' daterend uit het begin van de twintigste eeuw gelegen direct aan de zuidzijde van de Eibergseweg met de nok parallel aan deze weg. De schuur met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaat uit een bouwlaag afgesloten door een afgewolfd zadeldek gedekt met rode pannen. De gevels met trasraam zijn opgetrokken in rode baksteen.
Waardering
De vrijstaande SCHUUR met rechthoekige plattegrond als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex 'Kotte' is van algemeen architectuurhistorische, cultuurhistorische en stedenbouwkundige waarde:

Detached BARN with rectangular ground plan as part of the farmstead complex 'Kotte' dating from the beginning of the twentieth century located directly on the south side of the Eibergseweg with the ridge parallel to this road. The barn with rectangular ground plan consists of a storey closed off by a cambered gabled roof covered with red tiles. The facades with tuff masonry are built up in red brick.

The detached BARN with rectangular ground plan as part of the farmstead complex 'Kotte' is of general architectural-historical, cultural-historical and urban planning value:
