Inleiding
Over de binnengracht bereikt men via een TOEGANGSBRUG, gebouwd rond 1930, het plantsoen voor het hoofdhuis van de historische buitenplaats Dorth. Deze brug is gemetseld in kruisverband en heeft één centrale pijler in de gracht, die aan beide zijden de aanzet vormt voor een gemetseld rondbogig gewelf, geflankeerd door vleugelmuren. Aan beide zijden wordt dit gewelf afgesloten door een rondbogige steense rollaag. De brug wordt van het brugdek gescheiden door een halfsteens rollaag. Het brugdek is voorzien van een bestrating van klinkers. Aan beide zijden van het brugdek bevinden zich ijzeren balustraden, voorzien van eenvoudige balusters. Deze worden afgesloten door een ronde knop.

Introduction
Over the inner canal, access to the grounds of the main house of the historic country estate Dorth is reached via an ACCESS BRIDGE, built around 1930. This bridge is laid in stretcher bond and has one central pier in the canal, which on both sides forms the springing point for a barrel vault in stone, flanked by wing walls. On both sides this vault is closed off by a barrel vault stone course. The bridge is separated from the bridge deck by a half-brick course. The bridge deck is provided with a surface of brick pavers. On both sides of the bridge deck there are iron balusters, provided with simple balusters. These are finished with a round knob.
