Omschrijving
Achter de tuinmanswoning bevindt zich in het park de BOERDERIJ die de naam aan de buitenplaats heeft gegeven. De boerderij van het hallehuistype is momenteel in gebruik als schuur en voor een belangrijk deel bewaard gebleven. Het voormalige voorhuis is waarschijnlijk in de jaren dat de nieuwe woning werd gebouwd tot schuur verbouwd, wat duidelijk zichtbaar is aan de gevels. De oorspronkelijke indelingen van het voorhuis zijn toen vervangen. De VOORGEVEL werd geheel dichtgezet en het voorschild voorzien van een dakkapel. De beide ZIJGEVELS van het voorhuis werden verhoogd en voorzien van deuren met halfcircelvormige boven- en zijlichten. De zijgevels van het bedrijfsgedeelte bleven de oorspronkelijke indeling behouden. De ACHTERGEVEL is voorzien van vlechtingen en een korfboogvormige deeldeuropening. De twee stalramen aan weerszijden hiervan zijn sterk vergroot en één van de korfboogvormig afgesloten staldeurtjes is dichtgezet. Links in de gevel bevindt zich nog een rond venster met een ijzeren roedenverdeling.

Description
Behind the gardener's dwelling is located in the park the FARMHOUSE from which the country estate takes its name. The farmhouse of the hall-house type is currently in use as a barn and has been largely preserved. The former front house was probably converted into a barn during the years when the new dwelling was built, which is clearly visible on the facades. The original layouts of the front house were then replaced. The FRONT FACADE was completely blocked up and the front roof section provided with a dormer. The two SIDE FACADES of the front house were heightened and provided with doors with semicircular upper lights and side lights. The side facades of the business section retained the original layout. The REAR FACADE is provided with wattle-and-daub and a basket-arch-shaped partial door opening. The two stable windows on either side of this have been greatly enlarged and one of the basket-arch-shaped small stable doors has been blocked up. On the left in the facade is still a round window with an iron glazing bar division.
