Omschrijving
Voormalige KOEIENSTAL onderdeel van het complex keuterboerderij Heereweg 140. De stal heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en telt één bouwlaag onder een mansardedak gedekt met rode (linkerdakschild) en gesmoorde (rechterdakschild) Hollandse pannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in rode machinale Waalsteen in halfsteens verband met snijvoeg. De kopse voor- en achtergevel worden afgesloten door geknikte windveren en zijn in het midden van de zolderverdieping voorzien van een opgeklampte deur, waarboven in de achtergevel een laag bovenlicht. In de voorgevel (ZW) bevindt zich links een liggend tweedelig venster van na de bouwtijd. De achtergevel (NO) is op de begane grond gesloten en in het midden daarvan voorzien van een muuranker. De rechterzijgevel (ZO) heeft links een vast raam, in het midden een opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht en rechtsboven een raampje.
Waardering
De (voormalige) koeienstal is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische en typologische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex,"Heereweg 140".

Description
Former CATTLE SHED component of the small-holding complex Heereweg 140. The shed has a rectangular ground plan and comprises one storey under a mansard roof covered with red (left roof slope) and smoked (right roof slope) Dutch tiles. The facades are erected in red machine-made Flemish bond in half-brick bond with struck joint. The gable front and rear facades are closed off by angled wind vanes and are in the middle of the attic storey provided with a clamped door, with above it in the rear facade a low fanlight. In the front facade (SW) is situated on the left a horizontal two-part window of post-construction date. The rear facade (NE) is on the ground floor closed and in the middle thereof provided with a wall anchor. The right-hand side facade (SE) has on the left a fixed window, in the middle a clamped door with fanlight and on the right above a small window.
Valuation
The (former) cattle shed is of general importance because of its cultural-historical and typological value as a historically-functional component of the complex "Heereweg 140".
