Omschrijving
(Voormalige) WAGENSCHUUR/PAARDENSTAL op rechthoekige plattegrond, bestaande uit één bouwlaag en een zadeldak dat met gesmoorde oudhollandse pannen is gedekt. Langs het dak een forse daklijst en in de geveltoppen houten makelaars. De schuur is opgetrokken in rode baksteen in halfsteensverband met een kalkspecie. De oostgevel is de meest dominante en bezit behalve drie zichtbare muurankers halverwege twee gietijzeren rondboogvensters met roedenverdeling en visgraattracering. De zuidgevel bevat twee vergelijkbare gietijzeren vensters, alleen iets kleiner van formaat. In de puntgevel een halfrond gietijzeren stalvenstertje met visgraattracering. In de geveltop van de noordgevel een gietijzeren roosvenster met tracering.
Waardering
De voormalige wagenschuur annex paardenstal, behorende bij het complex "Stadter-Tolhuijs" in de Egmondermeer, is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuur-, cultuurhistorische en situationele waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex.

Description
(Former) WAGON SHED/HORSE STABLE on rectangular ground plan, consisting of one storey and a gabled roof covered with dampened old-Dutch tiles. Along the roof a substantial cornice and in the gable peaks wooden ornaments. The shed is constructed in red brick in half-brick bond with lime mortar. The east gable is the most dominant and possesses, besides three visible wall anchors halfway up, two cast-iron round-arched windows with glazing bars and herringbone tracery. The south gable contains two comparable cast-iron windows, only slightly smaller in size. In the peaked gable a semi-circular cast-iron stable window with herringbone tracery. In the gable peak of the north gable a cast-iron ventilation window with tracery.
Valuation
The former wagon shed and horse stable, belonging to the complex "Stadter-Tolhuijs" in the Egmondermeer, is of general importance because of its architectural, cultural-historical and situational value as a historically functional component of the complex.
