Omschrijving
PAARDENSTAL op rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in rode baksteen en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak waarop niet-originele pannen; niet-originele goot op bakstenen klossen; strakke houten windveren; muurankers.
In de topgevel aan de voorzijde (zuidgevel) een houten schuurdeur onder rollaag en een getoogd drieruits venster onder rollaag; in de top een rond venster onder rollaag waarin decoratieve ijzeren roedenverdeling.
In de westgevel twee zesruits vensters onder rollaag.
In de oostgevel een zesruits venster onder rollaag.

Paardenstal van algemeen belang:
- als voorbeeld van een paardenstal uit het vierde kwart van de negentiende eeuw in de provincie Groningen behorende bij een voornaam herenhuis

HORSE STABLE on a rectangular floor plan is built of red brick and is covered by a gabled roof with non-original tiles; non-original gutter on brick corbels; taut wooden wind braces; wall anchors.
In the gable at the front (south facade) a wooden barn door under roll moulding and a round-arched three-pane window under roll moulding; at the top a round window under roll moulding with decorative iron glazing bars.
In the west facade two six-pane windows under roll moulding.
In the east facade a six-pane window under roll moulding.
Valuation
Horse stable of general importance:
- as an example of a horse stable from the fourth quarter of the nineteenth century in the province of Groningen belonging to a distinguished manor house
- on account of the relatively high degree of integrity
- on account of the functional and spatial-visual relationship with the dwelling house
