Het PRIEEL uit omstreeks 1876 op rechthoekige plattegrond is opgebouwd uit houten stijlen met regels waartussen platen en wordt gedekt door een lessenaarsdak waarop niet-originele golfplaten; goot op houten klossen.
De voorgevel (zuidzijde) is open. In de achtergevel (noordzijde) een staand venster.

Prieel van algemeen belang:
- als voorbeeld van een prieel uit het vierde kwart van de negentiende eeuw in de provincie Groningen
- vanwege de redelijke mate van gaafheid

The SUMMERHOUSE from circa 1876 on a rectangular plan is constructed from wooden stiles with rails with infill panels and is covered by a lean-to roof with non-original corrugated sheets; gutter on wooden corbels.
The front facade (south side) is open. In the rear facade (north side) a tall window.
