Omschrijving onderdeel 1:
HUIS, XIXa; slechts enkele meters van de Ridderstraat in de noordwesthoek van het complex gelegen; witgepleisterd blokvormig gebouw; kelderverdieping, twee bouwlagen onder omlopend schilddak met getande kroonlijst en vier hoekschoorstenen; grijze kuispannen; beide verdiepingen met 6-lichtsvensters; voorgevel van 5 traveeën niet op straat georiënteerd, maar aan de westzijde op het voorplein, waaraan ook het koetshuis ligt; in het midden de ingangspartij met rijke hardstenen omlijsting, waarboven balcon met gietijzeren balustrade, rustend op forse terra-cotta consoles; onderzijde balcon met rosetten; stoep met 6 treden, kwartrond eindigend tegen de gevel; zuidelijke zijgevel met smalle halfronde uitbouw met plat dak over beide verdiepingen.

HOUSE, first half of 19th century; situated only a few metres from the Ridderstraat in the northwestern corner of the complex; white-plastered blocky building; basement storey, two storeys under continuous hipped roof with dentilled cornice and four corner chimneys; grey roof tiles; both storeys with 6-light windows; front facade of 5 bays not oriented towards the street, but on the west side facing the forecourt, where the coach house is also situated; in the centre the entrance section with rich ashlar moulding, above which a balcony with cast-iron balustrade, resting on sturdy terracotta consoles; underside of balcony with rosettes; steps with 6 treads, quarter-round ending against the facade; southern side facade with narrow semi-circular projection with flat roof over both storeys.
