Omschrijving
SCHUUR/SCHAAPSKOOI behorende tot de buitenplaats Klein Drakenstein. Uiterst rechts van de boerderij ligt een 18de eeuwse grotendeels uit zwart geteerd hout opgetrokken schuur/schaapskooi met een hoge middenbeuk en aan de rechterkant een lagere zijbeuk. De bijzondere eindgevels bestaan uit een middenpartij en schuin naar achteren lopende zijpartijen. De schuur wordt gedekt door een zadeldak van blauwe pannen, dat aan de voor- en achterzijde de vorm van de eindgevels volgt en flauw hellend doorloopt over de lage zijbeuk. Centraal in voor- en eindgevels een inrijdeur, geflankeerd door meerruits vensters in de schuin weglopende delen. Boven de deuren een luik. De zijbeuk dient als opslagruimte en is open aan de lange zijde, in de andere zijgevel een toegangsdeur.

Description
BARN/SHEEP SHED belonging to the country estate Klein Drakenstein. At the far right of the farmhouse lies an 18th century barn/sheep shed constructed largely of black tarred timber with a tall central nave and on the right side a lower side aisle. The distinctive end facades consist of a central section and side sections sloping away to the rear. The barn is covered by a gabled roof of blue tiles, which at the front and rear follows the shape of the end facades and slopes gently over the low side aisle. Centrally in front and end facades a carriage entrance, flanked by multi-pane windows in the sloping parts. Above the doors a shutter. The side aisle serves as storage space and is open on the long side, in the other side facade an entrance door.
