Omschrijving onderdeel 1: HUIS.
XVIII en ouder; aan rechter zijde toevoegingen uit de jaren zeventig van de 20e eeuw. Aan drie zijden in het water (binnengracht) staand gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond en met symmetrische voorgevel (west) van zeven traveeën (de vleugel uit de jaren zeventig niet meegerekend) en twee bouwlagen op kelderverdieping en onder omlopend schilddak met grijze pannen en hoekschoorstenen; zeslichts ramen met persiennes op beide verdiepingen; middelste travee met ingangsdeur plus rijk gesneden bovenlicht in Lodewijk XVI-stijl; hierboven midden op het dakschild een bakstenen dakkapel met topgevel en zeslichts raam, XXa; ernaast twee kleinere dakkapellen met schuin naar voren aflopend zinken dakje, XXa. Zijgevels en achtergevel, in de gracht staand, laten metselwerk van oudere data zien; ramen onregelmatig in muurvlakken gezet. De voorgevel staat niet in het water, maar heeft tussen de gracht en de brug erover een voorterreintje met moderne inrichting. Tegen de oostgevel hangt een kleine klok uit 1677, gegoten door de gebroeders Hemony. Het interieur bevat waardevolle onderdelen. Daaronder een vroeg-18de-eeuwse schouw in Lodewijk XIV-stijl met een voorstelling van de godin Diana. Voorts een houten en een marmeren schoorsteenmantel en enkele stucplafonds daterend van de verbouwing van 1804-1808.

Description of component 1: HOUSE.
18th century and older; additions on the right side from the 1970s. Building standing on three sides in water (inner canal) on a rectangular plan and with a symmetrical front facade (west) of seven bays (the wing from the 1970s not included) and two storeys on a basement storey and under a continuous hipped roof with grey tiles and corner chimneys; six-light windows with shutters on both storeys; middle bay with entrance door plus richly carved fanlight in Louis XVI style; above this, in the middle of the roof slope a brick dormer with a stepped gable and six-light window, 20th century; beside it two smaller dormers with a gently sloping zinc roof, 20th century. Side facades and rear facade, standing in the canal, show brickwork of an older date; windows irregularly placed in wall surfaces. The front facade does not stand in the water but has a front courtyard between the canal and the bridge over it with modern arrangement. Against the east facade hangs a small bell from 1677, cast by the Hemony brothers. The interior contains valuable components. Among these an early 18th-century chimney-piece in Louis XIV style with a representation of the goddess Diana. Furthermore a wooden and a marble mantelpiece and several stucco ceilings dating from the renovation of 1804-1808.
