Omschrijving onderdeel 3: KOETSHUIS met TUINMANSWONING, XIX, gedeeltelijk ver- en herbouwd in 1906; koetshuis en woning vormen één bakstenen bouwmassa onder drie evenwijdige daken, gelegen ten NO van het huis. Koetshuis onder twee schilddaken met grijze pannen, aan achterzijde met topgevels; voorgevel witgeschilderd met twee hoge dubbele deuren; dakkapellen in de voorschilden; twee hooiluiken op verdieping in achtergevel. Inwendig: drie paardenboxen, XIXc, met ruiven en tussenschotten van kraaldelen en giet- en smeedijzer; kleine hardstenen bouwsteen met "herbouwd in 1906, Anna van Citters". De woning onder een zadeldak met grijze pannen staat rechts tegen het koetshuis en is enkele meters korter; voorgevel, witgeschilderd, met deur en meerruitsvenster met luiken; gesneden windveren langs topgevel.

Description component 3: COACH HOUSE with GARDENER'S DWELLING, 19th century, partly converted and rebuilt in 1906; coach house and dwelling form one brick building mass under three parallel roofs, situated to the NE of the house. Coach house under two hipped roofs with grey tiles, with gable ends at the rear; front facade whitewashed with two high double doors; roof dormers in the front hipped roofs; two hay doors on upper floor in rear gable. Internally: three horse boxes, 19th century, with mangers and partitions of beadwork and cast and wrought iron; small hardstone building stone with "rebuilt in 1906, Anna van Citters". The dwelling under a gabled roof with grey tiles stands on the right against the coach house and is several metres shorter; front facade, whitewashed, with door and multi-light window with shutters; carved gable finials along the gable.
