Omschrijving onderdeel 1:
HUIS, ca. 1800; ondiep bakstenen gebouw in classicistische stijl op langgerekte rechthoekige plattegrond; twee bouwlagen onder schilddak met grijze pannen; witgepleisterde gevel met getande kroonlijst, zeven traveeën breed; vensters boogvormig in rechthoekige omlijsting, zesruitsverdeling; de drie middelste traveeën over beide bouwlagen erkervormig uitspringend en geflankeerd door blokpilasters; hierboven een driehoekig fronton met rond venster; aan de linkerzijde van het gebouw een aangebouwde tuinkamer, gedekt door een balustrade. In de rechter zijgevel (gele baksteen van ijsselformaat) de ingangspartij in Lodewijk XVI-stijl met dubbele deuren en een bovenlicht met lantaarn. Symmetrisch aan de achtergevel een nieuwe aanbouw (1996) in historiserende stijl.

HOUSE, circa 1800; shallow brick building in classical style on an elongated rectangular floor plan; two storeys under hipped roof with grey tiles; whitewashed facade with dentilled cornice, seven bays wide; windows arched in rectangular frame, six-pane division; the three central bays projecting bay-wise over both storeys and flanked by block pilasters; above this a triangular pediment with circular window; on the left side of the building an adjoining conservatory, covered by a balustrade. In the right side facade (yellow brick of Ijssel format) the entrance arrangement in Louis XVI style with double doors and a fanlight with lantern. Symmetrically on the rear facade a new extension (1996) in historicizing style.
