Omschrijving onderdeel 6: DIENSTWONING, XIXd; Tuinmanswoning gebouwd rond 1880-1890 in een ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl en functioneel gerelateerd aan de bezittingen van de voormalige havezathe De Havixhorst. De tuinmanswoning, vermoedelijk gebouwd ter vervanging van een ouder dienstgebouw, ligt buiten de gracht, aan de westelijke oprit tegenover de voorwei op het voorterrein van De Havixhorst.
Tuinmanswoning in baksteen opgezet en gedekt door een aan achterzijde doorgetrokken zadeldak belegd met oud hollandse pan; twee schoorstenen met platte kap. Gevelopbouw in baksteen, houten goot op gietijzeren steunen en bewerkte windveren aan de kopse gevels. Symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel met centraal een paneeldeur met bovenlicht (levensboom) binnen een gestucte omlijsting. Aan weerskanten een rechtgesloten zesruits schuifvenster onder strek en met hardstenen onderdorpels, oorspronkelijk met luiken. Verhoogde middenpartij in baksteen en gedekt door een zadeldak met bewerkte windveer; openslaand vierruits venster onder strek en met hardstenen onderdorpel. Rechterzijgevel met drieruits keldervenster met diefijzer; hardstenen onderdorpel. Rechts een klein zesruits schuifvenster onder rollaag. In de top een gietijzeren zesruits venster. Linkerzijgevel met een zesruits venster als voor en een vernieuwd zesruits venster.

Description component 6: SERVICE DWELLING, 19th century; Gardener's house built around 1880-1890 in a craft-traditional style and functionally related to the possessions of the former fortified manor De Havixhorst. The gardener's house, presumably built as a replacement for an older service building, lies outside the moat, on the western approach opposite the front pasture on the foreground of De Havixhorst.
Gardener's house constructed in brick and covered by a gabled roof drawn through at the rear, laid with Dutch pantiles; two chimneys with flat cap. Facade construction in brick, wooden gutter on cast-iron supports and worked gable finials on the end walls. Symmetrically arranged front facade with centrally a panel door with fanlight (tree of life) within a stuccoed surround. On either side a straight six-light sash window under a course and with hardstone sill, originally with shutters. Raised central section in brick and covered by a gabled roof with worked gable finial; opening four-light window under a course and with hardstone sill. Right-hand side wall with three-light cellar window with theft iron; hardstone sill. On the right a small six-light sash window under a springline. In the gable a cast-iron six-light window. Left-hand side wall with a six-light window as before and a renewed six-light window.
