Inleiding
De SCHUUR, horend bij de stelp-boerderij Koufurderige 39, is tegelijk met de boerderij gebouwd. Zij bevindt zich aan de noordzijde van de boerderij, ongeveer halverwege de noordelijke zijgevel en is net als de boerderij naar het westen gericht. Zij verkeert in zeer slechte staat.
Omschrijving
De schuur wordt gedekt door een zadeldak van rode, gegolfde Friese pannen. In de westelijke gevel, van gele baksteen, zitten twee licht gebogen negenruitsvensters met metalen roeden en getogen strekken in gele baksteen. In de noordelijke gevel, van bruin-rode baksteen met een plint van gele baksteen, zaten vijf segmentboog-vensters met metalen roedenverdeling en bakstenen lekdorpels: in de muur, op de plek waar de twee meest oostelijke ramen zaten, is onlangs een groot gat gevallen. In de oostgevel van rode baksteen zit een segmentboog-venster.

De schuur, horend bij de stelpboerderij Koufurderige 39 is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:

Introduction
The BARN, belonging to the stilt farmhouse Koufurderige 39, was built at the same time as the farmhouse. It is located on the north side of the farmhouse, approximately halfway along the northern side gable and, like the farmhouse, is oriented towards the west. It is in very poor condition.
Description
The barn is covered by a gabled roof of red, corrugated Frisian tiles. In the western gable, of yellow brick, are two slightly curved nine-paned windows with metal glazing bars and stretched courses in yellow brick. In the northern gable, of brown-red brick with a plinth of yellow brick, were five segmental arch windows with metal glazing bars and brick drip mouldings: in the wall, at the place where the two most easterly windows were, a large hole has recently appeared. In the east gable of red brick is a segmental arch window.
Valuation
The barn, belonging to the stilt farmhouse Koufurderige 39, is of general cultural-historical importance:
