Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 1: HUIS, XVIIIc-d.
Bakstenen, onderkelderd, éénlaags gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond onder omlopend schilddak met twee schoorstenen (in XXc vernieuwd) en grijze pannen. Het voorschild heeft een lichte knik, het achterschild heeft een flauwere helling en loopt tot ongeveer 1 meter lager door dan het voorschild. Het gebouw heeft één bouwlaag op hoog onderhuis en een symmetrische voorgevel van 5 traveeën met kroonlijst. In de risalerende middentravee met houten pilasters op de hoeken bevindt zich de omlijste ingang met dubbele glazen voordeur (elke deur met twee ruiten) met halfcirkelvormig bovenlicht met drie roeden; de twee houten zwikken zijn 'gehoogd' met lage drievlakspyramiden. Voor de ingang een wigvormige stoep met 7 hardstenen treden en een eenvoudige ijzeren balustrade. Ter weerszijden van de voordeur zijn twee meerruitsramen geplaatst; boven de halfhoge vensters van het onderhuis zijn ook meerruitsramen geplaatst, met een onregelmatige raamverdeling van meerruitsvensters. De symmetrische achtergevel telt 5 traveeën, in het midden bevindt zich een raam met halfrond bovenlicht, daaronder een eenvoudige toegang tot het onderhuis. Inwendig worden o.m. enkelvoudige balklagen met deels zeer brede (tot 70 cm.) grenen vloerdelen aangetroffen, in de linker onderkamer (keuken) een houten hangschouw met risalerende kroonlijst uit XVIIId, in de vestibule een donkergroen geschilderde houten achterwand met rijke dubbele kroonlijst met composietkapitelen; twee getoogde doorgangen: de linker voert naar het achterhuis, in de rechter bevindt zich de brede trapopgang naar de zolder. In 1962 werd het huis gerestaureerd.

Het HUIS vertegenwoordigt het algemeen belang:

Description component 1: HOUSE, second half of 18th century.
Brick, cellared, single-storey building on a rectangular floor plan under continuous hipped roof with two chimneys (renewed in second half of 20th century) and grey tiles. The front pitch has a slight kink, the rear pitch has a shallower slope and runs through to approximately 1 metre lower than the front pitch. The building has one storey on a high basement and a symmetrical front facade of 5 bays with cornice. In the risaliting central bay with wooden pilasters at the corners is the framed entrance with double glazed front door (each door with two panes) with semicircular fanlight with three muntins; the two wooden soffits are 'heightened' with low three-faceted pyramids. Before the entrance a wedge-shaped stoop with 7 hardstone steps and a simple iron balustrade. On either side of the front door are two multi-pane windows; above the half-height windows of the basement are also multi-pane windows, with an irregular window division of multi-pane windows. The symmetrical rear facade has 5 bays, in the middle is a window with semicircular fanlight, beneath it a simple access to the basement. Internally are found amongst others simple single beam layers with partly very wide (up to 70 cm.) Scots pine floor boards, in the left basement room (kitchen) a wooden hanging hood with risaliting cornice from second half 18th century, in the vestibule a dark green painted wooden rear wall with rich double cornice with composite capitals; two arched passages: the left leads to the rear house, in the right is the broad staircase ascent to the attic. In 1962 the house was restored.
