Omschrijving
Het KOETSHUIS met DUIVENSLAG is opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond en bestaat in de lengterichting uit drie traveeën. De zijgevels worden geleed door lisenen met terugliggende spaarvelden ertussen. In de voorgevel bevinden zich twee nieuwe recht beëindigde gevelopeningen ten behoeve van de garage en de melkkamer. Erboven bevindt zich een oorspronkelijke duivenslag bestaande uit drie getoogde nissen waarvan de middelste hoger is. De dakrand wordt door trapvormig uitkragend metselwerk gersierd. In de achtergevel bevindt zich een rond venster, in de rechterzijgevel bevindt zich (in het gedeelte waar zich niet de aanbouw tegenaan bevindt) een rondboogvenster.

KOETSHUIS met DUIVENSLAG, gebouwd omstreeks 1870 in Eclectische stijl in opdracht van de wed. S. VAN EMBDEN-VERWAAIJEN.

Description
The CARRIAGE HOUSE with DOVECOTE is built on a rectangular ground plan and consists of three bays in the lengthwise direction. The side elevations are articulated by pilasters with recessed spandrels between them. In the front elevation there are two new straight-topped gable openings for the garage and the milking room. Above this is an original dovecote consisting of three arched niches, the middle one being higher. The eaves are decorated with stepped projecting brickwork. In the rear elevation there is a round window; in the right side elevation there is (in the part where the extension does not adjoin) a round-arched window.
