Omschrijving onderdeel 1:
HUIS, XVII; op omgracht terrein; blokvormig bakstenen gebouw van twee bouwlagen onder afgewolfd zadeldak met geglaasde donkere pannen en twee schoorstenen met kappen; de voorgevel is vijf ramen breed; beneden met H-vensters, boven met meerruitsramen; ingangspartij in het midden: dubbele deur met gietijzeren roosters. Achter het huis een uitkragende aanbouw onder laag zadeldak met rode pannen: het restant van een landbouwschuur, die begin XX afgebroken is.
Waardering
Het HUIS is van algemeen belang:

HOUSE, 17th century; on moated site; block-shaped brick building of two storeys under vaulted gabled roof with glazed dark tiles and two chimneys with hoods; the front façade is five windows wide; below with H-windows, above with multi-pane windows; entrance arrangement in the centre: double door with cast-iron grilles. Behind the house an overhanging extension under low gabled roof with red tiles: the remnant of an agricultural barn, which was demolished in the early 20th century.
