Voormalige LANDBOUWSCHUUR met DIENSTWONING (1870) herbestemd in 1955-1957 als restaurant genaamd Schathuis met vernieuwde dienstwoning naar ontwerp van E. Rozema. Het schathuis ligt ten noordoosten van het huis; nagenoeg vierkante plattegrond; baksteen; één bouwlaag onder rietdak; half zadeldak, d.w.z.: voorzijde met topgevel onder overstekend dak met ajour-gezaagde en getande windveer; voorgevel met in de top drie achtpuntige stervensters en drie natuurstenen van elders afkomstige wapenstenen; in het midden ronde inrijpoort; schoorsteen met rondgebogen metalen kap; de kleine dienstwoning, baksteen, is via een tussenbouw verbonden met de lage oostgevel (= zijgevel) van het schathuis; één bouwlaag onder rieten zadeldak met ingezaagde windveer; uitgebouwd, naar beneden uitkragend schoorsteenkanaal in topgevel; schoorsteen met rondgebogen metalen kap.

Former AGRICULTURAL BARN with SERVICE DWELLING (1870) repurposed in 1955-1957 as a restaurant called Schathuis with renewed service dwelling designed by E. Rozema. The Schathuis is situated to the northeast of the house; nearly square floor plan; brick; one storey under thatched roof; half gabled roof, that is: front façade with stepped gable under overhanging roof with fretsaw-cut and dentilled wind brace; front façade with three pointed-star windows in the gable and three ashlar coats of arms from elsewhere; round carriage entrance in the centre; chimney with curved metal hood; the small service dwelling, brick, is connected via a connecting structure to the low east gable (= side gable) of the Schathuis; one storey under thatched gabled roof with fretsaw-cut wind brace; extended, downward cantilever chimney flue in stepped gable; chimney with curved metal hood.
