Omschrijving onderdeel 22: BOSWACHTERSWONING 'PRINKEL'.
Ten noordwesten van het hoofdgebouw ligt een woning uit het begin van de 19de eeuw, oorspronkelijk bestaande uit het voorhuis en in het eind van de 19de eeuw met een achterhuis uitgebreid zodat een T-vormige plattegrond is ontstaan. Het witgepleisterde pand met donkere plint bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een rieten zadeldak met bakstenen nokvorsten en gemetselde hoekschoorstenen. De drie traveeën brede voorgevel heeft centraal de toegangsdeur met drieruits bovenlicht en aan weerszijden een meerruits schuifvenster met luiken. In het dakschild is later een ronde dakkapel gebouwd. De linker zijgevel heeft in het voorhuis twee 15-ruits schuifvensters met luiken op de begane grond en twee zesruits draaivensters op de verdieping, in het achterhuis een dichtgezette deur met roedeverdeling en een 20-ruits venster. De rechter zijgevel heeft in het voorhuis alleen een zesruits draaivenster op de verdieping en in het uitspringende deel een deur met boven- en zijlicht, in het achterhuis een 20-ruits schuifvenster met luiken. De achtergevel heeft twee zesruits vensters op de begane grond en de verdieping, op de begane grond voorzien van een luik.
De boswachterswoning staat nog niet op de kadastrale minuut van omstreeks 1830.

Description component 22: FORESTER'S HOUSE 'PRINKEL'.
Northwest of the main building lies a dwelling from the beginning of the 19th century, originally consisting of the front house and extended at the end of the 19th century with a rear house creating a T-shaped ground plan. The whitewashed building with dark plinth consists of one storey under a thatched gabled roof with brick ridge tiles and mortared corner chimneys. The three-bay wide front facade has the entrance door centrally placed with three-light fanlight and on each side a multi-light sash window with shutters. In the roof slope a round roof dormer was later built. The left side facade has in the front house two 15-light sash windows with shutters on the ground floor and two six-light casement windows on the first floor, in the rear house a blocked door with glazing bars and a 20-light window. The right side facade has in the front house only a six-light casement window on the first floor and in the projecting part a door with fanlight and sidelight, in the rear house a 20-light sash window with shutters. The rear facade has two six-light windows on the ground floor and first floor, on the ground floor provided with a shutter.
The forester's house does not yet appear on the cadastral plan of circa 1830.
