Inleiding
BOERDERIJ met schuur uit het midden van de 19de eeuw gebouwd in Traditioneel Ambachtelijke stijl. De boerderij heeft waarschijnlijk een oudere kern en staat met de gevel direct aan de weg (O), rechts daarvan (N) is de schuur gebouwd parallel aan de boerderij. Beide bouwdelen zijn door middel van een dwarsgeplaatst stalgedeelte met elkaar verbonden. In de jaren dertig van de 20ste eeuw is een deel van het woonhuis vergroot waarvoor een dakschild werd opgelicht.
Links van de boerderij (Z) is een hoogstam boomgaard aangeplant.
Omschrijving
Boerderij met schuur en tussenlid op een U-vormige plattegrond opgetrokken in ijsselsteen (voorgevel woonhuis), deels gepleisterde baksteen (zijgevel woonhuis) en rode baksteen (zijgevel stal en achtergevel woonhuis). Het rietgedekte zadeldak is boven de kopse gevels afgewolfd. De voorgevel met gepleisterde plint heeft een asymmetrische indeling met een entree onder een bovenlicht met levensboom. Links van de deur een zesruits venster, rechts drie zesruits vensters. De luiken van de vensters zijn verdwenen, de duimen zijn nog aanwezig. In de top is een vierruits venster geplaatst. In het voorste deel van de linker zijgevel is een klein keldervenster met tralies geplaatst. Daarnaast een verhoogde gevel die door de dakvoet breekt. Hierin is een drielicht venster geplaatst met glas-in-lood in de bovenlichten. Links daarvan een deur met sierroosters onder een bovenlicht en zijlicht. De rechter zijgevel van het woonhuis heeft twee vensters met tralies.
De voorgevel van de rechts naast het woonhuis liggende schuur is gepotdekseld en heeft grote rechtgesloten inrijdeuren.
In de rechter zijgevels van de schuur zijn vier getoogde stalvensters geplaatst en een rechtgesloten dubbele houten deur. Het tussenlid bezit aan de voorzijde twee geschakelde vierruits venster met betonnen kozijnen. In de achtergevel zijn luiken en stalvensters geplaatst.
Waardering
De boerderij met schuur is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als een vroeger in deze streek veel voorkomend maar nu zeldzaam type met een karakteristiek houten schuur.

FARMHOUSE with barn built in the middle of the 19th century in Traditional Craftsman style. The farmhouse probably has an older core and stands with its facade directly on the road (E), to the right of which (N) the barn is built parallel to the farmhouse. Both building sections are connected to each other by means of a transversely placed stable section. In the nineteen-thirties a part of the dwelling house was enlarged for which a roof panel was raised.
To the left of the farmhouse (S) a standard-stem orchard has been planted.
Description
Farmhouse with barn and intermediate section on a U-shaped floor plan built in IJssel-stone (front facade of dwelling), partly rendered brick (side facade of dwelling) and red brick (side facade of barn and rear facade of dwelling). The thatch-covered gabled roof is outswung above the gable ends. The front facade with rendered plinth has an asymmetrical arrangement with an entrance under a fanlight with Tree of Life. To the left of the door a six-pane window, to the right three six-pane windows. The shutters of the windows have disappeared, the thumbpieces are still present. In the top a four-pane window is placed. In the front part of the left side facade a small cellar window with grilles is placed. Next to it a raised facade section that breaks through the eave line. Herein a three-light window is placed with leaded lights in the fanlights. To the left of this a door with ornamental grilles under a fanlight and sidelight. The right side facade of the dwelling has two windows with grilles.
The front facade of the barn located to the right next to the dwelling is pot-tiled and has large straight-closed barn doors.
In the right side facades of the barn four arched stable windows are placed and a straight-closed double wooden door. The intermediate section has on the front side two linked four-pane windows with concrete frames. In the rear facade shutters and stable windows are placed.
