Aan de westlaan direct ten zuiden van de huisplaats gesitueerde kleine WATERMOLEN op vierkante grondslag in rode baksteen op zandstenen voet onder met rode oude Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. Een waterrad, stuwmuurtjes van baksteen op zandstenen voet. In oorsprong XVII. Maalwerk vernieuwd bij restauratie in 1988.

De WATERMOLEN behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Herinckhave is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang

Situated on the western lane directly south of the homestead, a small WATER MILL on a square ground plan in red brick on a sandstone base under a hipped roof covered with red old Dutch tiles. A water wheel, small dam walls of brick on a sandstone base. Originally 17th century. Grinding machinery renewed during restoration in 1988.
