The HISTORICAL PARK LAYOUT consists of a formal structure presumed to have been created in the first half of the 18th century, comprising a driveway, moated homestead with forecourt, flanked by two farm buildings, transverse lane and southern lane, between which are forest-bordered meadows in a schematic landscape style. To the southeast of the orchard a small woodland walk, presumed to date from the last quarter of the 18th century. ad c. The kitchen garden, (XIX), lies directly to the east of the left farm building and is still largely used as such. The terrain is surrounded by an old hawthorn hedge; accessible through a simple wooden gate (see component 7 below), which stands opposite the side door of the farm building.

ad d. The orchard, (XVIII), lies directly to the south of the kitchen garden and is moated on three sides. It contains old fruit trees. The somewhat irregular shape of the moating may indicate a non-geometric homestead of the predecessor to the current house. It may be presumed that the western lane, which is situated perpendicular to this place, is part of the old driveway. Along the southern moat arm a modest small-scale landscape feature, a pond, a low hillock with weeping trees and a hazel bower.

ad e. Woodland parcel to the east of the driveway and to the north of the kitchen garden as a transition to the open landscape of the Flieringer es; currently containing a small rectangular meadow.
