Rechter BOUWHUIS. Twee symmetrisch aan weerszijden van het voorplein ten opzichte van elkaar gesitueerde bouwhuizen op rechthoekig langgerekte grondslag van één bouwlaag onder schilddak (rode pannen). De in rode baksteen opgetrokken bouwhuizen zijn gelijktijdig tot stand gekomen en dateren uit de bouwtijd van het hoofdhuis. In de gevels rondbogige meerruitsvensters in ijzer. In het rechter bouwhuis bevinden zich een boerenbedrijf en woningen. De gracht is hier vermoedelijk na de Eerste Wereldoorlog veranderd. Op de Topografische kaarten van vóór deze tijd staat de gracht nog aangegeven.

Right FARM BUILDING. Two farm buildings symmetrically situated on either side of the forecourt, on a rectangular elongated ground plan of one storey under a hipped roof (red tiles). The farm buildings, constructed in red brick, were created simultaneously and date from the building period of the main house. In the facades round-arched multi-light windows in iron. The right farm building contains an agricultural business and dwellings. The moat here was presumably altered after the First World War. On the Topographic maps before that time the moat is still indicated.

Right FARM BUILDING of the historical country house Herinckhave is of general importance in cultural-historical respect
