Omschrijving onderdeel 29.
Ten oosten van het huis Middachten nabij de tuinmuur staat een in 1900 herbouwde (inscriptie voorgevel: RENOV. 1900) T-boerderij, thans in gebruik als DIENSTWONING. De dienstwoning is gebouwd op rechthoekige grondslag met een dwars geplaatst voorhuis onder een met gesmoorde opnieuw verbeterde Hollandse pannen gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak. Schoorstenen op nokeinde. Het geheel heeft, met uitzondering van de achtergevel, een omlopende, gepleisterde plint. De voorgevel heeft een symmetrische indeling met in het midden een paneeldeur met bovenlicht en aan weerszijden een meerruits schuifvenster met rood-witte luiken. Boven de ingang een dakkapel met meerruits schuifvenster onder een zadeldakje. De linker zijgevel heeft in het voorhuis twee meerruits schuifvensters met luiken en op de verdieping een meerruits schuifvenster met aan de linker zijde een luik. In het achterhuis twee gekoppelde meerruitsvensters en een deur met links een vierruits stolpvenster met een half luik. De achtergevel heeft een deur met bovenlicht. Muurankers die het jaartal 1735 vormen (voorgangster van huidige boerderij). De rechter zijgevel van het voorhuis is identiek aan de linker. De zijgevel van het achterhuis heeft drie gekoppelde meerruitsvensters met aan weerszijden rood-witte luiken. Achter de dienstwoning een op rechthoekige grondslag van houten delen opgetrokken SCHUUR onder een met gesmoorde oud Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak, dat aan een zijde overgaat in een lessenaarsdak. Op het erf nog een schuur die niet voor bescherming in aanmerking komt.

East of the house Middachten near the garden wall stands a T-shaped farmhouse rebuilt in 1900 (inscription on front facade: RENOV. 1900), now in use as a SERVICE DWELLING. The service dwelling is built on a rectangular ground plan with a transversely placed front house under a curved gabled roof covered with Dutch tiles, newly improved and dampened. Chimneys on the ridge end. The whole, with the exception of the rear facade, has a continuous, plastered plinth. The front facade has a symmetrical arrangement with in the centre a panelled door with fanlight and on either side a multi-pane sash window with red and white shutters. Above the entrance a roof dormer with a multi-pane sash window under a small gabled roof. The left side facade has in the front house two multi-pane sash windows with shutters and on the upper storey a multi-pane sash window with on the left side a shutter. In the rear house two coupled multi-pane windows and a door with on the left a four-pane casement window with a half shutter. The rear facade has a door with fanlight. Wall anchors forming the date 1735 (predecessor of the current farmhouse). The right side facade of the front house is identical to the left. The side facade of the rear house has three coupled multi-pane windows with on either side red and white shutters. Behind the service dwelling a BARN constructed on a rectangular ground plan of wooden parts under a gabled roof covered with dampened old Dutch tiles, which on one side transitions to a lean-to roof. On the farmyard still another barn which is not eligible for protection.
