Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 4: TUINVAAS.
Voor de rechter zijgevel van het stenen koetshuis staat een tuinvaas opgesteld. Dit is een geschenk aan de heer Van Duijl van zijn familie bij zijn 80ste verjaardag in 1937. Vermoedelijk is het een product van Brouwers aardewerkfabriek te Leiderdorp. De vaas bestaat uit een platte ronde schaal met een randschrift ter herinnering aan de gebeurtenis. De schaal rust op vier forse poten die op hun beurt staan op een vierkant basement.
Waardering
De TUINVAAS is van belang:

Description
Description of component 4: GARDEN URN.
In front of the right side facade of the stone coach house stands a garden urn. This is a gift to Mr Van Duijl from his family on his 80th birthday in 1937. It is presumed to be a product of the Brouwers pottery factory at Leiderdorp. The urn consists of a flat round bowl with an inscription band commemorating the occasion. The bowl rests on four sturdy legs which in turn stand on a square base.

The GARDEN URN is of importance:

- because of its decorative value;
- because of its cultural-historical significance for the country estate, as a special birthday gift for the then owner, Mr Van Duijl.
