INRIJHEK op DAM: twee vierkante bakstenen pijlers met uitkragende bovenzijde en plint, eerste tot tweede kwart twintigste eeuw, bekroond door vierkante vaasvormige zandstenen ornamenten met wapens en vlamvormige bekroning, derde kwart achttiende eeuw; vazen op dekplaat met de naam "Epema - State"; geen hekvleugels; dam met twee bakstenen muren met rollaag en bestraat met gele IJsselsteentjes; aan buitenzijde pijlers gietijzeren wangen in voluutvorm.

ENTRANCE GATE on DAM: two square brick piers with projecting top and plinth, first to second quarter twentieth century, crowned by square vase-shaped sandstone ornaments with arms and flame-shaped cresting, third quarter eighteenth century; vases on coping plate with the name "Epema - State"; no gate wings; dam with two brick walls with roll moulding and paved with yellow IJsseltiles; on outer side of piers cast-iron cheeks in volute form.
