NOORDELIJK BOUWHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Geerestein. Als pendant van het zuidelijke bouwhuis ligt aan het voorplein een in oorsprong 18de-eeuws eenbeukig bouwhuis (ca.1740), dat in 1834 is witgepleisterd en van natuursteenimitatievoegen is voorzien. In 1834 is de voorgevel tevens voorzien van halfronde stalvensters afgewisseld met deuren met rechthoekige bovenlichten. Tussen 1980-1985 is het pand tot kantoor verbouwd en deels gerestaureerd en aan de achterzijde verdubbeld. Deze toevoeging is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikte betekenis. Bij de restauratie is de dubbele inrijdeur (rechts in de gevel) teruggebracht en functioneren de rondboogstalvensters als bovenlichten van de nieuw aangebrachte vensters. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken pand bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak. De lijstgevel aan de voorzijde heeft twee dakkapellen met klauwstukken (XIXb). De kopse gevels bevatten twee vensterassen met tuindeuren voorzien van rondboogbovenlichten en vierruits verdiepingsvensters.

Description
NORTHERN FARM BUILDING belonging to the country estate Geerestein. As a pendant to the southern farm building stands at the forecourt an originally 18th-century single-aisle farm building (c.1740), which in 1834 was whitewashed and provided with natural stone imitation joints. In 1834 the front facade was also provided with semi-circular stable windows alternated with doors with rectangular fanlights. Between 1980-1985 the property was converted to offices and partially restored and doubled on the rear side. This addition is of subordinate significance for the preservation. During the restoration the double carriage door (right in the facade) was reinstated and the round-arch stable windows function as fanlights of the newly installed windows. The property constructed on a rectangular basis consists of one storey under a hipped roof covered with dampered Old Dutch tiles. The cornice-topped facade at the front has two roof dormers with claw brackets (second half of the 19th century). The gable ends contain two window bays with garden doors provided with round-arch fanlights and four-pane storey windows.
