Omschrijving complexonderdeel 2
Evenwijdig aan de boerderij gelegen SCHUUR op rechthoekige plattegrond onder zadeldak, gedekt met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. De voorgevel is versierd met rollagen en banden van verblendsteen. Alle vensters zijn van gietijzer. Aan de voor- en achterzijde zijn uitgezaagde windveren aangebracht.
De voorgevel is symmetrisch, met in het midden een dubbele deur en ter weerszijden daarvan een venster met getoogde bovenzijde. In de top is een hooiluik gezet.
De linkerzijgevel heeft een tweetal deuren en twee stalvensters.
De achtergevel bevat twee mestdeuren en een hooiluik met bovenlicht in de top.
In de rechterzijgevel zijn vier stalvensters en een deur gezet.

De schuur is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de gaafheid en de decoratieve detaillering, alsmede van ensemblewaarde in relatie tot de ernaast gelegen boerderij en de boerderijstrook Demmerik.

Description complex component 2
A BARN situated parallel to the farmhouse on a rectangular plan under a gabled roof, covered with moulded Dutch clay tiles. The front facade is decorated with courses and bands of decorative brickwork. All windows are of cast iron. Sawn-out barge boards are applied on the front and rear sides.
The front facade is symmetrical, with in the centre a double door and on either side of it a window with a coved top. In the gable is a hayloft opening set.
The left side facade has two doors and two stable windows.
The rear facade contains two dung-doors and a hayloft opening with fanlight in the gable.
In the right side facade are four stable windows and a door set.

The barn is of general importance by reason of its architectural-historical value by reason of its intactness and the decorative detailing, as well as of ensemble value in relation to the adjacent farmhouse and the farmstead strip Demmerik.
