De WATERMOLEN met MOLENKOM bestaat uit een rechthoekig, aan de straatzijde éénlaags, gebouw, waarvan het zadeldak is belegd met rode Hollandse pannen en de nok parallel aan de straat is geplaatst. Het dak heeft een overstek op klossen met windveren boven de topgevels. De molen is ogetrokken in baksteen in kruisverband met gepleisterde lateien met rollagen boven de venster- en deuropeningen. De vensters hebben 8-ruits bovenlichten. In de rechter zijgevel bevindt zich een dubbele bedrijfsdeur en in de topgevel een opgeklampte deur. Het bovenslagrad en de molenkom bevinden zich tegen de linker zijgevel. In deze gevel zijn rondboogvensters en segmentboogvensters geplaatst. De voorgevel is symmetrisch met een opgeklampte deur in de middenas en links en rechts een venster. De laag gelegen maalderij tegen de achtergevel heeft een zadeldak met rode Hollandse pannen. Een houten dakkapel met lessenaarsdak en opgeklampte deur geeft vanaf het terrein toegang tot de zolder van de maalderij. Het molenwerk is nog aanwezig.

Description
The WATER MILL with MILL POND consists of a rectangular building, single-storey on the street side, with a gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles and the ridge placed parallel to the street. The roof has an overhang on corbels with wind bracing above the gable ends. The mill is built in brick in English bond with plastered lintels with roll moulding above the window and door openings. The windows have 8-pane fanlights. A double industrial door is located in the right side gable and an iron-cramp secured door in the gable end. The overshot wheel and the mill pond are located against the left side gable. Round-arch windows and segmental arch windows are placed in this gable. The front gable is symmetrical with an iron-cramp secured door in the central axis and a window on either side. The low-lying mill building against the rear gable has a gabled roof with red Dutch tiles. A wooden roof dormer with a lean-to roof and an iron-cramp secured door provides access from the courtyard to the loft of the mill building. The mill machinery is still present.
