Omschrijving Complexonderdeel 2
HOFJESWONINGEN, vanuit de Kerkstraat bekeken rechtervleugel van het u-vormige hofje, bestaande uit de nrs 41 t/m 49,verbonden met het middenstuk door middel van een tussenmuur met poortje en trapgevel. De met complexonderdeel 3 te spiegelen (linkervleugel) bouwblok bestaat uit één bouwlaag met tussen trapgevels ingeklemd zadeldak. Elke woning heeft één toegang met korfboog, één venster met roedeverdeling onder een korfboog en een stenen dakkapel. Geveldecoratie ondermeer in de vorm van paneeldeuren met sierbeslag, sierankers en profileringen.
Waardering
Onderdeel van het Speyaert van WoerdenHOFJE van algemeen belang vanwege cultuurhistorische waarde als gaaf voorbeeld van laat-19de eeuws hofje. Voorts van architectuurhistorisch belang als goed en redelijk gaaf voorbeeld van een hofje in eclectische bouwstijl en als voorbeeld van het oeuvre van architect A.G. Tollenaar.

ALMSHOUSE DWELLINGS, viewed from the Kerkstraat the right wing of the U-shaped almshouse, consisting of nos. 41 to 49, connected to the middle section by means of an intermediate wall with small gate and stepped gable. The building block, to be mirrored with component 3 (left wing), consists of one storey with a gabled roof wedged between stepped gables. Each dwelling has one entrance with basket arch, one window with glazing bars under a basket arch and a stone roof dormer. Facade decoration among other things in the form of panel doors with ornamental metalwork, ornamental wall anchors and profiling.
Valuation
Component of the Speyaert van Woerden ALMSHOUSE of general importance due to cultural-historical value as a well-preserved example of a late 19th century almshouse. Furthermore of architectural-historical importance as a good and reasonably well-preserved example of an almshouse in eclectic architectural style and as an example of the oeuvre of architect A.G. Tollenaar.
