Inleiding
In oorsprong vermoedelijk ouder HERENHUIS, rond 1850 verbouwd in neo-classicistische stijl.
Omschrijving
Diep woonhuis van tweeeneenhalve bouwlaag en met pannen gedekt schilddak evenwijdig aan de straatzijde, uitgebreid met omgezette dwarskap op het voorste deel. De geheel gepleisterde voorgevel telt vier traveëen waarvan de tweede en derde travee lichtrisalerend, waarin in oorsprong twee deuren, waarvan de linker tot venster is verbouwd. De bouwlagen zijn gescheiden door geprofileerde en gekorniste lijsten, de gevel wordt aan weerszijden beëindigd door met casementen uitgevoerde pilasters over twee bouwlagen. De gevel wordt beëindigd door een mezzanino waarin vensters onder een gekorniste kroonlijst. De vensters zijn achtruits schuifvensters, waarvan de kozijnen terugliggen ten opzichte van het muurvlak.

Description
Deep dwelling of two-and-a-half storeys and with tiles covered hipped roof parallel to the street side, extended with converted transverse gable on the front part. The entirely rendered front facade comprises four bays of which the second and third bay in light projection, containing originally two doors, of which the left one has been converted to a window. The storeys are separated by profiled and corniced lists, the facade is terminated on both sides by pilasters executed with casements over two storeys. The facade is terminated by a mezzanine in which windows below a corniced cornice. The windows are revealed sash windows, the frames of which are set back in relation to the wall plane.

TOWNHOUSE of general importance due to its architectural-historical value as a striking and well-preserved example of a dwelling constructed in neo-classical style.
