Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ. Rode bakstenen bedrijfsgedeelte van boerderij uit ca. 1890 op rechthoekige grondslag onder met rode Tuiles-du-Nord pannen gedekt mansardedak. Het mansardedak heeft aan de voor- en achterzijde een overstek, die in 1993 van een historiserende topgeveldecoratie is voorzien. Voor(noord-)zijde: centraal een dubbele segmentboogdeur met vierruitsvensters met aan weerszijden een enkele segmentboog-mestdeur. Achterzijde is grotendeels identiek aan de voorzijde, zij het dat de linker mestdeur is dichtgezet en van een rechthoekig venster is voorzien. In de topgevel een dichtgezet zolderluik. Inwendig: drie trekbalkgebinten en twee groepen.

FARMHOUSE. Red brick business section of a farmhouse from c. 1890 on a rectangular ground plan under a mansard roof covered with red Tuiles-du-Nord tiles. The mansard roof has an overhang on the front and rear sides, which in 1993 was furnished with a historicising gable decoration. Front (north) side: centrally a double segmental arch door with four-pane windows with on both sides a single segmental arch manure door. Rear side is largely identical to the front, except that the left manure door is closed off and furnished with a rectangular window. In the gable a closed hayloft door. Interior: three tie-beam trusses and two groups.
Valuation
The FARMHOUSE is of general cultural-historical importance:
