Omschrijving onderdeel 9:
DUIVENTIL. Ten westen van het hoofdgebouw staat een 19de-eeuwse houten duiventil van het Oost-Nederlandse type. Vier houten staanders waarop een vierkante witte kast van horizontale planken onder een met rode pannen gedekt tentdak met lantaarn met aan alle vier zijden negen aanvliegopeningen (duifgaten) met aanvliegplankjes, die wordt gedekt door metalen puntdakje met piron.
Waardering
DUIVENTIL van algemeen belang: - vanwege de ouderdom; - als typologisch gaaf voorbeeld van een duiventil van het Oost-Nederlandse type; - als karakteristiek en functioneel onderdeel van de buitenplaats; - vanwege de ensemblewaarde in samenhang met de tuin- en parkaanleg.

DOVECOTE. To the west of the main building stands a 19th-century wooden dovecote of the East Netherlands type. Four wooden posts supporting a square white box of horizontal planks under a tent roof with hipped tiles and lantern with on all four sides nine flight openings (doveholes) with flight boards, which is covered by a metal pitched roof with weather vane.

DOVECOTE of general importance: - on account of its age; - as a typologically intact example of a dovecote of the East Netherlands type; - as a characteristic and functional component of the country house; - on account of its ensemble value in relation to the garden and park layout.
