Omschrijving onderdeel 7:
DAGLONERSWONING. Ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw staat, even buiten de singel, een vermoedelijk vroeg-19de-eeuwse bakstenen daglonerswoning. Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken pandje bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt en aan een zijde doorgetrokken zadeldak; nokschoorsteen aan voorzijde. De achtergevel, die iets is uitgebouwd, is vernieuwd en heeft een indeling van drie staldeuren, een stalvenster en een klein topvenster. In de zuidgevel een houten toegangsdeur met links een vierruitsvenster en rechts een negenruits schuifvenster. In de kopse gevel aan de straatkant twee zesruitsvensters, in de noordgevel een (nieuwe) dakkajuit; rechts daarvan een staldeur en een stalvenster.

DAYLABOURER'S COTTAGE. North of the main building stands, just outside the tree-lined strip, a presumably early-19th-century brick labourer's cottage. The small building erected on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey under a gabled roof covered with red Dutch tiles and extended on one side; ridge chimney on the front. The rear gable, which has been slightly extended, is renovated and has a division of three stable doors, a stable window and a small roof window. In the south gable a wooden entrance door with on the left a four-pane window and on the right a nine-pane sash window. In the end gable on the street side two six-pane windows, in the north gable a (new) dormer window; to the right of this a stable door and a stable window.

DAYLABOURER'S COTTAGE of general interest: - on account of its age; - as an example of a small workers' cottage at the country estate; - on account of the functional-spatial relationship with the other components of the country estate.
