FARMHOUSE ANNEX FARM BUILDING. On the forecourt stands a brick farmhouse from the early eighteenth century with a barn from 1861. The farmhouse erected on a rectangular ground plan consists of one storey and a roof conversion under a gabled roof covered with glazed blue (front) and red (rear) Dutch tiles with wind vanes and on the ridge a brick chimney and a bell. Perpendicular to this stands the slightly set-back stable also erected on a rectangular ground plan under a gabled roof covered with red (east) and muffled corrugated/cement (west) tiles with wind vanes and half-hipped end on the rear side and plastered gable top with round window on the front side. The symmetrically arranged front facade of the farmhouse has centrally a rounded double carriage entrance flanked by a round-arch stable window, a multi-pane window with fanlight and half shutters and a clamped door with multi-pane fanlight; all with sandstone thresholds; in the front facade of the stable is a double rounded carriage entrance and in the top a round window. The end gable of the farmhouse has a multi-pane window with shutters and fanlight and in the top a four-pane window with semi-circular fanlight; the side gable of the stable (west) has a division with double and single stable doors and stable windows, rounded and ogee-shaped. The rear gable of the stable has three part-doors, one of which is large with a half-door, furthermore ogee-shaped stable windows. In the INTERIOR matters of importance include the scullery (pump street), partly with clay, partly with clinker paving; the churn room with bedsteads wall, corner spindle and hearth; the cellar with barrel vault and red tile paving. Stable with collar-tie roof truss structure and partly clay floor. Around the farmhouse lies PAVING of stones and clinkers.
